Pumps
With rotary pistons
Rotary pistons pumping equipment specifically designed for the packing. Allows easy flow and pressure regulation through its bypass system of our own design and mechanical or frequency inverters. This allows a constant dosage without splashing because of the overpressure. Depending on the requirements the pumps are available in different materials and in IP54 or ATEX versions.
Magnetic drive pumps
Magnetic drive pumps, without exterior shaft, so there’s no need for seals. Especially appropriate when working with difficult products such as isocyanate or catalysts that crystallize and stick to the seals.
Filters
Self cleaning
Our range of self-cleaning filters includes an external tank with fast opening and a metal filtration cylinder with a rotating scrapers system that preventsfrom clogging. This allows a significant timesavingfor high productions because there is no need to stop the packaging process to change or clean the filter.
They are available in different materials and with capacities that can reach 30.000 L per hour.
Withmesh
Built mainly of stainless steel, the mesh filter is made of an exchangeable filtration mesh mounted on a sheet metal frame and quick closings. Allows easy removal of the filtration mesh for cleaning.
With bag
Built mainly in stainless steel, basket support for disposable bag and quick release. Allows changingeasily the filtration bag
