The range of manufacturing tanks DMA has been designed to be a highly versatile wich allows the production of low and high viscosity products due to the combination of three systems; mixing, dispersion and homogenization.
The combination of the three types of mixing shortens the process and substantially reduces energy consumption. Because no vortex is generated no air bubbles are added to the product. As well the product run cooler than when working with a single saw-toothed disc.
Our equipment can be mounted on load cells. This enables solids and liquids directly metered while being manufactured
Depending on the properties of the product to manufacture agitators are available in different capacities, powers and accessories (wipers, cooling jacket, automatic cleaning system).
